Do you sell new and used pinball machines?
Yes. We sell brand new pinball machines from leading manufacturers, as well as a large selection of used (second-hand) pinball machines. We currently have over 260 machines in our catalogue.
What brands of pinball machines do you carry?
Our catalogue includes machines from major manufacturers such as Stern, Williams, Bally, Gottlieb, Data East, Sega and more.
Do you also sell jukeboxes?
Yes. We have a dedicated Jukeboxes category on our website with a selection of new and vintage models.
What is "Pinball on Demand"?
Pinball on Demand is our sourcing service: if you can't find the specific machine you're looking for in our catalogue, we will search for it within our network and source it for you.
Can I pre-order a pinball machine not yet in stock?
Yes. We accept pre-orders on selected new pinball models. Check our Pre-order category for currently available titles.
What condition are your used pinball machines in?
We use a professional rating scale: New in the Box, Very Good, Good, Fair, and Poor. Each listing includes a full description of the Playfield, Cabinet, Boards and Electronics, plus a complete video and dozens of photos — nothing is hidden.
Should I buy a "Fair" or "Poor" rated machine?
Fair machines are working but may need some repairs or restoration. Poor machines may not be working and require significant work. We recommend these only to buyers with technical skills.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship pinball machines and jukeboxes worldwide, including to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Both individual shipments and full container loads are available.
How is a pinball machine packaged for shipping?
We use ExpAnd branded cartons of the same quality as the original Stern cartons, with reinforced pallets. All machines are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.
How do I get a shipping quote?

Trade-in & Upgrade
Can I trade in my current pinball machine?
Yes. ExpAnd offers a Trade-in & Upgrade program. Send us photos and a description of your machine and we will evaluate it. You can use the value toward the purchase of another machine.
How does the trade-in process work?
1) Send us photos and info about your machine via WhatsApp. 2) We either buy it directly or sell it through our network of 2,000+ customers. 3) Once sold, you pay the difference for the new machine. We handle everything.
What commission do you charge on trade-in sales?
We charge a 7% commission on the sale price. Because we sell as a trusted professional company, we typically achieve full market value — meaning the commission is effectively covered by the higher price.
