Product description:
Manufacturer: Chicago Gaming Company / Play Mechanix
Year of Release: 2024
Designer: Mark Ritchie
About the Game:
“Everybody be cool, this is a robbery!” Step into the gritty and incredibly stylish world of Quentin Tarantino’s 1994 cinematic masterpiece with the Pulp Fiction (Special Edition) pinball machine. Designed by Hall of Fame creator Mark Ritchie (designer of Indiana Jones: The Pinball Adventure and Fish Tales), this machine is a brilliant love letter to the 1980s solid-state era of pinball. Built in collaboration with Play Mechanix, it intentionally features a retro, single-level playfield with no ramps, relying purely on fast geometry, drop targets, and blazing spinners. However, beneath the vintage aesthetic lies a state-of-the-art modern electronic system. Packed with hundreds of custom voice callouts by Samuel L. Jackson (Jules Winnfield) and a legendary licensed soundtrack, it is the ultimate statement piece for movie buffs and pinball purists alike.

Game Features:
The Glowing Briefcase: A physical ball-lock mechanism that captures the pinball and emits that mysterious, golden glowing light from the movie to trigger the intense “Ezekiel 25:17” Multiball.
Original Audio & Voice Acting: Features 5 fully licensed songs from the film (including the legendary surf-rock anthem “Misirlou”, “Jungle Boogie”, and “Son of a Preacher Man”) and over 250 custom callouts provided by Samuel L. Jackson.
Vintage-Style Display: A brilliant modern LED screen cleverly disguised behind a mirrored backglass and programmed to replicate the exact look and feel of a classic 1980s alphanumeric scoreboard.
Classic 80s Layout: A fast-paced, target-rich single-level playfield featuring traditional 3-bank drop targets (“Pawn Shop”), captive balls, and four pop bumpers.
