Product description:
Manufacturer: Gottlieb (Premier)
Year of Release: 1995
Designer: Ray Tanzer
About the Game:
Dive into the post-apocalyptic ocean of Waterworld. While the movie was controversial, the pinball machine is widely respected by collectors as one of the best “System 3” games ever made by Gottlieb. It features fantastic mechanical reliability and a flowing layout. The artwork captures the rusting, aquatic aesthetic perfectly, centered around the massive “Deacon’s Ship.”
Game Features:
The Deez: A large ship toy that locks balls and rocks back and forth.
Sinking Atoll: A bank of drop targets that simulate the destruction of the floating city.
Dive Holes: Multiple saucers and scoops representing underwater exploration.
Wireform Ramps: Complex metal ramps that simulate the pipes and structures of the movie’s setting.
